Installation of a customer-provided or approved thermostat using existing low-voltage wiring. Service includes proper mounting, basic setup, and verification of system operation.

This service does not include replacement of fuses, transformers, control boards, or running new thermostat wiring. Any additional electrical or wiring repairs are not included.
